Warmsworth Parish Council

Meetings


Meetings are usually held at 7:00 pm in the Community Centre on the second Monday of each month, except December, when there is not a meeting.

Members of the public are welcome and up to 20 minutes is set aside for their participation during the meeting on items included on the agenda.

Residents wishing for a matter to be discussed at a meeting should contact the clerk, preferably by email, at least 10 days before the meeting.

Also DMBC Ward Councillor Phil Cole holds a surgery on the day of the Parish Council meetings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.  At Present because of covid-19 he can only be contacted by e-mail on phil.cole@doncaster.gov.uk

Parish Council meetings:

Dates for 2021 :

The First Parish Council Meeting in public will take place on  Monday 14th. June 2021 

at 7.30 and at the Community Centre on Low Road West

Due to continued restrictions the attendance will be limited to Members of the public who ask to "attend" by emailing the Clerk on:  

warmsworth-clerk@live.co.uk 

However there will be NO automatic right to access - and those members in attendance must have requested attendance and have a face covering.  

 

If you require a copy of minutes previous to 2019 space limits the numbers of agenda that can be stored at one go so please request via Warmsworth-clerk@live.co.uk. 

March Minutes still need to be approved as the Clerk was ill at the time of the last meeting and the meeting was only "unofficial" in his absence
